JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 11-08-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual Court proceedings. Vide order dated 07.07.2021, a report was called for from the learned Court below regarding the stage of the trial and the time likely to be taken in conclusion of the trial. In compliance thereof, a report dated 16.07.2021 of the learned A.C.J.M.-XII, Bhojpur at Ara has been received, which is at flage 'C', in which it is stated that the case has been committed to the Court of Sessions on 16.07.2021. Considering the fact that no new ground has been raised by the petitioner in the present application for bail, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
