2. In view of the reasons mentioned in the modification petition, let description of the court below mentioned in paragraph 7 of said order dated 26.3.2025 be read as 'Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Barh, Patna' in place of 'District and Additional Sessions Judge V, Barh', subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) to the concerned District Legal Services Authority for its utilization for purchase of furniture for the court as well as beautification of the court premises and to furnish its receipt with the bailbond.

3. Modification petition is allowed to the extent indicated above.
