2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that the petitioner is willing to pay the entire due amount that is outstanding, provided the petitioner is granted installments.
3. Counsel for the Respondent-Corporation has stated that the petitioner may be directed to approach the authority concerned by way of representation and the same shall be considered and the necessary orders passed on merits.
4. Having regard to the above made submission the present Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties. The petitioner is permitted to make a suitable representation seeking repayment of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.7061 of 2024(3) dt.25-11-2024 2/2 outstanding due amount of approximately Rs.1.88/- lakhs to the respondents by way of installments within a period of two weeks from today. On such representation being given the same shall be considered on its own merit and necessary orders passed. The authority shall take sympathetic view of the matter and restore the power supply to the petitioner.
5. With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
