The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tribeniganj P.S. Case No. 56 of 2016 registered under Sections 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66A of the Information and Technology Act, 2000.
The accusation is that, on 17.02.2016 in between 5.52 P.M. to 5.54 P.M., in the evening, Meera Devi, who is the Mukhiya of Patharagordhea, has received a telephonic call on her mobile no. 8002197625 through mobile no. 7549016860 using filthy language with dire consequences. On next date, i.e., 18.02.2016, Meera Devi, again received call on her mobile from unknown, abusing her with dire consequences.

No.33310 of 2016 (2) dt.20-08-2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Gunanand Yadav, husband of Meera Devi and this petitioner are living in the same Panchayat and petitioner was the supporter of other candidates, in course of election, due to that reason petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul, in connection with Tribeniganj P.S. Case No. 56 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
