This application has been filed questioning the impugned order by which the learned court below has allowed the prayer for grant of interim maintenance by the respondent-wife and also for payment of litigation cost.

On the perusal of the impugned order, it does not appear that the learned court below has committed illegality or

Patna High Court CWJC No.12849 of 2014 dt.08-09-2016 irregularity in allowing the prayer of the respondent-wife directing the petitioner-husband to pay Rs. 4000/- and Rs. 1000/- for the son by way of interim maintenance and further Rs. 10000/- in one lump sum by way of litigation cost.

This Court, therefore, is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order invoking its jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

The application is, accordingly, dismissed.
