JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case instituted under Sections 420,120B,406,409 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner that he misappropriated the government fund of Rs. 1, 10,000/- with respect of soiling work is general in nature. It is further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case as he happens to be an associate of Maheshwari Singh with whom the Mukhiya was on inimical term. The case is of the year 1996 and the petitioner has not filed anticipatory bail even after 19 years. In view of above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory
