2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 323, 379, 504/34, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 51 of 2018.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the parties jointly state that one time settlement has been amicably reached between the parties in terms of the mediator's report dated 13.09.2019 in Mediation Proceeding No. 646 of 2019 on terms and conditions enumerated therein.
