Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 218 of 2018 lodged under Sections 304B /120B of the I.P.C.
As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against 7 named accused persons and all were the family members of the husband of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation in the F.I.R. against the petitioner that they have killed the informant's daughter by pouring kerosene oil. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

It is the specific case of the petitioner that the mother-in-law is living separately from the petitioner in mess and food also. She has nothing to do with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. Counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2022 having clean antecedent.
Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that this case is under Section 304B of I.P.C. but also admits that petitioner is mother-in-law. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Siwan in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 218 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
