1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.(1) For issuance of an appropriate writ for the payment of all admissible consequential benefits including the arrears of payable salary during the period of suspension from 21.04.2010 to 07.02.2016 after revocation of suspension of the petitioner who has been allowed to join on 8.02.2016 at Shahpur Anchal by way of his reinstatement.

Patna High Court CWJC No.6858 of 2022(2) dt.09-01-2024 2/2 (II) For issuance of an appropriate writ for the payment of arrears of salary from May, 2010 to February, 2016 since during the period of suspension of the petitioner who had been paid the subsistence allowance only.

(III) For issuance of an appropriate writ directing the respondents for granting the benefit of A.C.P. to the petitioner for which he became entitled in October 2011 after completion of 12 years regular service from the date of his joining on 25.10.1999 as Chaukidar."

2. Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any.

3. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
