JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-01-2021 The petitioner has earlier moved this Court for regular bail in Cr. Misc. No. 43429 of 2019 which was heard and disposed of on 16.7.2019 with a direction to the court below to conclude the trial within nine months.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in this case the victim and the informant have been examined. However, the trial has not been concluded as yet. Considering the aforesaid, the court below is directed that trial, in all respect, must be concluded within a period of four months from today failing which the Court below shall release the petitioner on appropriate terms and conditions and submit a report to the Registrar (Vigilance) of this Court for appropriate action particularly with regard to earlier direction

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24300 of 2020(2) dt.20-01-2021 2/2 issued by this Court to conclude the trial within nine months. With the aforesaid, the present application stands disposed of.
