In view of the categorical statement made in paragraph 6 and 7 of the counter affidavit, there cannot be any direction in favour of the petitioner for any correction of the marks in the tabulation register, because the tabulation register does not indicate that the petitioner is the student with the concerned roll code, roll number and enlistment number. There is something drastically amiss with the document, which the petitioner has used for begetting the relief in question.
