Mr.Md. Fahimuddin, APP ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 30-11-2022 No one appears for the petitioner.

It is a defect free case.

From the prayer made in this application, it appears that the petitioner is seeking extension of time to surrender and submit bail bond.

On a reading of the petition, it appears that during the Covid-19 pandemic situation the petitioner was granted privilege of anticipatory bail by this Court in Cr.Misc.No.39029 of 2020. It is stated that at the relevant time the petitioner was working as an Assistant Driver (Khalasi) at Hyderabad in the State of Andhra Pradesh and because the said bail order could not be communicated to him within the prescribed time, in the given situation he did not surrender and furnish bail bond.
