08. 02.03.2016 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but unfortunately the dispute could not be resolved.

Be that as it may, considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 24.04.2014 is, hereby, confirmed on the same terms in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 92 of 2013 pending before Sri Ghanshyam Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna or his successor.

However, a sum of Rs. 750/- shall be increased to Rs. 3,000/- per month to be paid in favour of the Complainant by the Petitioner.
