09. 02.03.2016 Today, the Counsel for the Petitioner produces a Demand Draft of Rs. 1,75,000/- as part of the agreed amount. The Demand Draft of Rs. 5,00,000/- has been deposited in the Court below out of which Rs. 2,50,000/- the Complainant has received whereas the Court retains only Demand Draft of Rs. 2,50,000/-. Considering that the dispute has been resolved, in the interest of the parties, the further proceeding of Beur P.S. Case No. 210 of 2013 pending before Smt. Reshmi Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna or her successor is, hereby, set aside. The Family Court is directed to pass final orders on the next date so fixed before it in the divorce matter and also release the draft of Rs. 2,50,000/- in favour of the Complainant. With the aforesaid observations, the Application stands allowed.
