====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-07-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Babarganj P. S. Case No. 97/2024 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 118(2), 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Section 3 of the Explosive Substances Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, on 09.09.2024 at about 11:30 PM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons, including this petitioner, were creating nuisance near the house of informant and when informant objected, all of them assaulted informant and his son by means of deadly weapons.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as a

No.25205 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 matter of fact, an orchestra was organized in which son of the informant came in intoxicated condition and misbehaved with the women performing in the orchestra, as a result of which, altercation took place between the parties. Case and counter case. Petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2024. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class-cumA.M.-VI, Bhagalpur in connection with Babarganj P. S. Case No. 97/2024.
