2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kopa P.S. Case No. 201 of 2022 dated 26.11.2022, instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 379 and 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of prosecution in short is that the informant's daughter is married to the petitioner and soon after marriage her in-laws started making dowry demand of Bullet motorcycle and cash worth Rs. 2 Lakhs and started assaulting her. On 07.11.2022, the petitioner kicked informant's daughter with their children out of her matrimonial house. It is further alleged that on 25.11.2022, the petitioner and his father took away the two children forcefully after snatching gold ornaments and assaulted informant's daughter and injured informant by

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that the petitioner is husband of the daughter of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court at Annexure 2 series, where in order dated 20.02.2023, the learned court below has recorded the stand of the wife of the petitioner who refused to leave with her husband. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 05.02.2023, has no criminal antecedent and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in Kopa P.S.
