No one appears on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is facing prosecution under section 498A IPC. The complaint has been lodged by the mother-in-law of the petitioner.

It is stated that the petitioner is ready and willing to resolve the matrimonial discord with his wife. Learned court below has also noticed on the submission of the petitioner that the wife did not respond to the notice. .

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest/surrender within

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23863 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 2/2 four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Manvendra Mishra, Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in Complaint Case No. 794C of 2015 on condition that one of the bailors shall be his own/close family member. Along with the bail bonds, the petitioner shall produce in the court below an evidence/receipt showing payment/deposit of Rs. 3,000/- or a demand draft of the said amount favouring his wife.
