This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Bousi Police Station Case No. 132 of 2016, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 448, 323, 324, 325, 329, 427, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is land dispute between the parties and on account of land dispute, in which, altercation took place and a case and counter case has been lodged by both the parties as both of them have sustained injuries.
