The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Motihari Town P.S.Case No.536 of 2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections 20, 467, and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case is under Section 498A of the Indian Penal code. As the petitioner being tenant of the Zila Parishad has given a forged cheque against the rent. It further appears from the order dated 26.7.2019 that the petitioner was directed to deposit the entire outstanding amount which according to her is approximately Rs.47,000/- .

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that now she has deposited the amount of Rs.47,000/- and she

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks before the learned court below with a bank draft of rest of the amount in favour of the Zila Parishad and the learned court below being satisfied with the genuiness of the same will release the petitioner on bail to his own satisfaction. With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
