The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
Total 800 liters of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from Tata 407 vehicle and Maruti Suzuki car. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and has got no concern with the alleged recovery. Petitioner is neither owner nor driver of any of the vehicles.
However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.
