The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in a case instituted for the offences under Sections 366, 366(A), 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made for kidnapping of the sister of informant for the purposes of marriage but in the statement under section 164 of Code of the Criminal Procedure she has stated that she has gone out of her own will without any pressure and has also entered into marriage.

No.23038 of 2018 (2) dt.27-04-2018 released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Judge VII cum Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate VI, Begusarai in connection with Bachhwara P.S. Case No.126 of 2017, G.R. No. 3228/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Further condition is that whenever the police will call the petitioner for investigation or interrogation he will present himself before the police. In the event of being absent on two consecutive dates this order will be treated to have been withdrawn.
