The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No.178 of 2014 registered under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the serious nature of allegation in the FIR that the petitioner and two others robbed the informant on the point of pistol, I am not inclined to accede to the prayer made by the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
