The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 70/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 408, 409, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner is Panchayat Secretary of different Panchayats and in spite of several directions, the petitioner did not submit the folder of appointment of Panchayat teachers of different Panchayats made in the year 2006.
It is submitted that the petitioner was posted in Barh Sub-division on 18th July, 2014 and the petitioner did not receive any records with regard to appointment of Teachers in the year 2006 from his predecessors.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28133 of 2016 (3) dt.02-09-2016 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 70/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
