Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 83 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,379,504,506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR has been lodged by the own uncle of the petitioner. He further submits that he has falsely been implicated in the instant case on account of demand of his share from the informant pursuant to earlier partition. The informant and the petitioner are residing in the same house in the same plot of land which is the bone of contention. He also submits that from reading of the FIR it would be manifest that the same does not contain details as regard the number of buffalos or cows alleged to have been stolen and that

In the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, the petitioner above named shall be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000.- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in Rajiv Nagar P.S. Case No. 83 of 2017 subject to all conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code.
