In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No.49 of 2005, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 448, 324, 323, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Looking to the fact that the petitioner is absconding since long and the police has submitted charge sheet against her showing absconder, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within four weeks from today and prays for regular
