The application for restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 2969 of 2014, which was dismissed for non-prosecution. Counsel for the respondent submits that a number of occasions, the petitioner took time and the case was ultimately dismissed on 31.07.2014. He submits that otherwise the matter has become redundant, as Petitioner has got his relief and has already been promoted.
