The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Khirimore P.S. Case No.54 of 2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a case and counter case from both sides. After five days case has been logged against the petitioner and the story made in the First Information Report is concocted.

There is direct allegation against the petitioner who has caused injury by the Garasa.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19630 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 prayer for bail is rejected.
