====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-11-2020 Due to COVID-19 Pandemic, the matter is being taken up by way of virtual Court proceeding.
The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks after restoration of normalcy.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case for the offence registered under Sections 341, 354 (D), 504 and 506/34 of the I.P.C.
The prosecution story, in brief, is that the informant, namely, Muskan Kumari, is a student of Class-IXth and when

No.26532 of 2020(2) dt.04-11-2020 2/3 she goes to her School at Sitamarhi, in the way, her villagers coaccused Vikram Singh and his friend Ashok Rai (petitioner) always misbehaved with her and threatened her, due to which, she was mentally tortured and afraid. They also sent message to on her Mobile and on protest, they threatened to kill her father and brother. They always used Mobile No. 7700872550. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case for oblique reason. The allegation of teasing is denied by the petitioner. The petitioner is a school going boy. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 18/20, subject to the conditions as laid
