The matter relates to appointment of Anganwari Sevika to the Centre No.314 under Block Patepur Gram Panchayat Azizpur Chande, District Hajipur, Vaishali. As per claim of the petitioner, she should have appointed as Anganwari Sevika in view of letter no.4064 dated 6.10.2012 of Block Development Project Officer, Patepur to the District Programme Officer, Vaishali, Hajipur as well as letter no.2562 dated 31.10.2012 of District Programme Officer, District Vaishali to the Child Development Project Officer, Patepur, District Vaishali.

Petitioner has approached this Court directly instead

Patna High Court CWJC No.14769 of 2013 (2) dt.18-07-2016 of, she should have approached the proper authority for the relief sought for.

In such view of the matter, this Court does not find any purpose to keep the matter pending. Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed with a liberty, the petitioner may approach the competent authority who will examine the case of the petitioner and pass an order in accordance with law.
