2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 149, 323, 341, 447, 354(B) of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 190 of 2016.
3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated, and in any event they are on police bail. The petitioners claim clean antecedents.
4. In that view of the matter and having regard to the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24287 of 2019(2) dt.19-04-2019 2/2 decision of the Hon'ble Division Bench in the case of Bishundeo Sahu Vs. The State of Bihar and Others, 2011(1) PLJR 731, the present anticipatory bail petition held to be not maintainable.
5. Let the petitioners surrender before the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Raniganj P.S. Case No. 190 of 2016.
