The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Kadamkuan P.S. case No. 659 of 2018, Special Case No. 130/2018, registered under Section 20 (B), (1), (A) of the N.D.P.S. Act. The informant alleged that during the course of removal of encroachment from under the Rajendra Nagar overbridge some Gumti were searched and some puriyas containing Ganja were recovered. Owners of the Gumti were Billa Sahni his wife, Pinki Sahni, and Arvind Sahni. The name of the petitioner is also mentioned on the allegation that people present there disclosed that petitioner was also involved in selling Ganja but no Gumti of petitioner was found on the place of occurrence.

No.24148 of 2019(2) dt.15-04-2019 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that name of petitioner surfaced in the case on the allegation made by people present there that petitioner also involved in selling Ganja and the petitioner is a lady, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/ surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Patna in connection with Kadamkuan P.S. case No. 659 of 2018, Special Case No. 130/2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
