This application for grant of regular bail arise out of Nawada Sadar Town P.S. Case No. 534 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 413, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

As per F.I.R, during midnight patrolling , a stolen four wheeler and incriminating suspicious things were recovered from possession of accused persons.

Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
