Patna High Court CWJC No.19787 of 2015(2) dt.03-04-2023 2/3 03-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(a). For issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing / commanding the respondents to remove illegal encroachment of the school land related to the Upgraded Middle School, Sabeya, Block-Panchdewari, DistrictGopalganj (hereinafter referred as School') which illegally encroached by the private respondent no. 14 to 16.

b) For further directing / commanding the respondents specially respondent no. 12 and 13 to cancel the Praman Patra which issued in the names of respondent no. 14 to 16 who obtained illegally the said Praman Patra from Bihar Bhoodan Yagna Committee, whereas they are not landless person and also they are one family members and obtained Praman Patra of about 33 dec. land in Mauza -Sabeya and about 72 dec.

land in Mauza-Parsauni from Bihar Bhoodan Yagna Committee.

c) For further directing the respondents concerned specially respondent no. 4 to 9 to prevent / stop the illegal construction with immediate effect which has been started by the respondent no. 14 to 16 on the encroached school land illegally and forcefully."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.19787 of 2015(2) dt.03-04-2023 3/3 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Gopalganj for redresal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
