JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 16-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that they are resident of outside Patna. They are not in a position to comply the condition No. (1) of the order dated 22.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 61973 of 2017. Therefore, the petitioners seek modification in condition No. (1) of the aforesaid order. In view of such submission, condition No. 1 of the order dated 22.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 61973 of 2017 is modified to the extent that bailors of the petitioners should be his close relative.

The time for surrender of the petitioners in the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29848 of 2018 (2) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 below is extended by another four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

This Modification application stands allowed to the extent indicated above.

Let this order be communicated to the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 441 of 2017.
