In this case, the petitioner has made a complaint that he applied for the post of Constable against the advertisement No.1 of 2004 and appeared in the examination, but he could not be selected. This matter relates to 2004 advertisement. The appointments have already been made much earlier and whatever the posts were remained unfilled must have been carried forward to the succeeding selection.
