In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 33 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 188, 353, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

An allegation has been made that on account of death of one Rajesh Kumar, the villagers including petitioners have blocked the traffic of the road.

Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Niranjan Kumar Mandal @ Niranjan Mandal and Nand Lal Mandal, in the event of their arrest

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19624 of 2017 (2) dt.06-07-2017 or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Banka (Barahat) P.S. Case No. 33 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
