The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 145/2015 registered under Sections 341, 342, 365 and 378 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the direct and specific allegation that the petitioners and two others forcibly took away the victim on Bolero vehicle and they ravished her at a lonely place, I am not inclined to grant them anticipatory bail.
