ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 22-08-2016 The present application has come under the heading "To be Mentioned" on account of mistake, which has occurred in the order dated 10.08.2016.

It appears that in the order dated 05.05.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5528 of 2015, the petitioner had been directed to deposit a sum of Rs. one lac twenty five thousand to the complainant but in the order under reference i.e. order dated 10.08.2016, the amount has been referred as one lac fifty thousand instead of one lac twenty five thousand.

The order dated 10.08.2016 shall now be read as one lac twenty five thousand only in the second page of the order under reference.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28572 of 2016 (3) dt.22-08-2016 Accordingly, the order dated 10.08.2016 is modified to the above extent.
