Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Forbesganj P.S. Case No.138 of 2019, registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 4 and 5 of the Bihar Lottery Regulation Act.
The police got inputs that Bablu Jaiswal @ Sanjit Jaiswal and Sunny Singh allow to play gambling in his hotel, Jai Ma Kali during the fair season. On such a raid was conducted. Dice and other articles meant for playing gambling were recovered.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the gambling place is outside the canteen of the petitioner and it has come that Ganesh Yadav was the owner of the dice.
