2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 364, 353, 337, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Sitamarhi (Mehsaul) P.S. Case No. 197 of 2016.
3. It is submitted that four cases have been instituted relating to the same occurrence in which several co-accused persons have been variously granted anticipatory bail by this Court. The petitioners themselves have been granted anticipatory bail in two cases.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, as such, in the event of the arrest or surrender of petitioners before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi (Mehsaul) P.S. Case No. 197of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
