The State of Bihar.
.... .... Opposite Party ====================================================== Appearance :
For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Satya Prakash Sinha For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Shyam Kumar Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 2.
26-07-2016 Heard Sri Satya Prakash Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shyam Kumar Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.
The sole petitioner, who is mother-in-law of deceased apprehending her arrest in Jandaha P.S. Case No. 236 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was not residing with her son, rather she is mostly residing with her daughter and she has falsely been implicated in the case.
In the present case, after murder, the deadbody was thrown in a bush, from where, it was recovered. Fact remains that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28322 of 2016 (2) dt.26-07-2016 2/2 marriage was solemnized only in the year 2009. There is specific accusation against the petitioner. I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.
The petition stands dismissed.
