JUSTICE GOPAL PRASAD ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to make necessary correction in paragraph no. 9 of the bail petition in course of the day.

Permission is accorded.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

These petitions are for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 302 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Though the petitioners have been named in the First Information Report but no specific role has been attributed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51916 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 against them.

Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named are ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Kotwali P. S. Case No. 214 of 2015, G.R. No. 2522 of 2015.
