Petitioner is in custody in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 13 of 2020 for the offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is allegation of loot on pistol point against the petitioner and nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to his previous criminal antecedent.
The petitioner is in custody since 12.2.2020. Considering the fact that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22502 of 2020(2) dt.25-08-2020 2/2 bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Vaishali (Belsor O.P.) P.S. Case No. 13 of 2020 subject to the condition that on release the petitioner shall render his service as volunteer in dedicated Covid-19 hospital for a period of one month. He is required to report to the district Nodal Officer who shall utilize the service of the petitioner appropriately.
