ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 16-05-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with consent of both the parties, having regard to the fact that the petitioner has been served notice under Section 7, the petitioner is granted four weeks' time for filing objections under Section 9. On such objection been filed, the authority concerned shall consider the same and pass necessary orders within a period of eight weeks thereof. It is needless to observe that before passing any order the petitioner shall be granted an opportunity of hearing.

Any order passed shall be communicated to the party. Till such time the final orders are

In case, the petitioner does not file his objections within the time grated by this Court or does not cooperate with the certificate proceedings, the Certificate Officer is free to pass necessary orders in accordance with law.
