Keeping the same in mind, the Court is not satisfied that it is a case of false implication because there is enough material against the petitioner.

No case for grant of anticipatory bail is made out. Prayer is rejected.

Let the petitioner surrender before the court of SDJM (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Mahila P S Case No. 22/2015 and pray for regular bail.
