28-07-2016 After some argument, Sri Binod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of Smt. Pushpa Sinha, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with an observation that if within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioner appears before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail, the learned court below, without being prejudiced with this order, may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law.
