2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No.5 of 2023, lodged under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 11.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.52151 of 2023 in which liberty was granted to him to renew his prayer for bail 3 months after framing of charge.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the charge has already been framed in this case on 20.10.2023 and 3 months have been lapsed.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that report has been called for.
6. Upon perusal of the report, it transpires to this Court that charge has been framed and trial commenced and one prosecution witness has already been examined.
7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IXth, Sitamarhi in connection with Punaura P.S. Case No.5 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
8. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
