It goes without saying that the court below while considering such application for grant of regular bail, will consider the fact that police after investigation has submitted charge sheet against the assailant under Section 323 of the Indian Penal Code and also considering the fact that other co-accused has already been granted bail and all other submissions as may be made at the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31382 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 time of regular bail. The Court below is expected to dispose of such application expeditiously preferably on the same day. With the aforesaid observation, the application stands disposed of.
