2 The petitioners apprehend arrest in Magadh Vishwavidyala PS Case No 209 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504, 506/34 of Indian Penal Code.
3 As per the prosecution case, the petitioners assaulted the informant's father with iron rod and lathi. 4 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the injuries caused by the petitioners to the informant are simple in nature. It is further submitted that the petitioners bear clean antecedent.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25096 of 2023(5) dt.04-09-2023 2/2 5 Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6 Considering the rival submissions, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, the petitioners above named be enlarged on bail on each of them furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 01st Class, Gaya in Magadh Vishwavidyala PS Case No 209 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
