The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 19.02.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8940 of 2018, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 789 (C) of 2014, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Munger. The petitioner was directed to surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order dated 19.02.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some unavoidable reason, the petitioner could not surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below in time. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for further six weeks' time so that the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, six weeks' further time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail bond in the court below.

The order dated 19.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 8940 of 2018 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is allowed.
